AVOID - POOR SERVICE. It was a frustrating experience—I had never heard of this seller but decided to order a bin for my new home. Upon opening it, I found it broken; one of the pedals was non-functional, it was dented, and some inner plastic was damaged. I reached out to customer service, who initially offered a replacement. However, when I requested the collection of the broken item or a partial refund for disposal costs, they refused. They then canceled the replacement, stating they couldn't send it to a different address because of my billing information. Now, I’m left without a bin and have to pay £15 to dispose of the broken one.
