This company shipped a wheelbarrow to me without ANY nuts, bolts, washers or wheel spacer then REFUSED to send the missing items?!?! What an utter joke company & appalling seller! For the sake of a handful of nuts, bolts & washers, they’d rather have a storm of negative reviews! Happy to help!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The shelves are of low quality and extremely difficult to assemble. After building one, I reached out to the seller to return the other two. They offered a meager 10% discount on the two units, which amounts to just £1.80 each. The only alternative was to pay £10 for the return shipping. This company is selling inferior products; I'd prefer to pay the £10 for a refund rather than accept their small discount.
AVOID - POOR SERVICE. It was a frustrating experience—I had never heard of this seller but decided to order a bin for my new home. Upon opening it, I found it broken; one of the pedals was non-functional, it was dented, and some inner plastic was damaged. I reached out to customer service, who initially offered a replacement. However, when I requested the collection of the broken item or a partial refund for disposal costs, they refused. They then canceled the replacement, stating they couldn't send it to a different address because of my billing information. Now, I’m left without a bin and have to pay £15 to dispose of the broken one.
Despite the promise of an ‘easy click’ system, putting it together was quite difficult, with poorly cut pieces that didn't fit properly. The central rod could only be secured at one end, and one of the screws was defective. As a result, the two plastic attachments designed to prevent spinning do not align with their intended holes. The legs come apart when lifting the bin, even though they are supposed to be locked. I'm using it as a composter, but I doubt it will last more than a year.
This is my second time buying these garden tiles. They are fantastic in both concept and functionality—easy to assemble and disassemble, making them reusable for various pathways. The online ordering process was seamless, and delivery was prompt. However, the telephone customer service was lacking; I called to confirm that the tiles were the same brand for compatibility, but the representative seemed unprepared. Thankfully, the tiles were indeed the same.
The service was dependable; my order was shipped quickly, although there were issues with the delivery service. Part of my order arrived on time, but the rest was delayed. I contacted the support team about the issue, and I'm sure that's why my delivery eventually came through.
