I bought a complete Denon Heos system. Soundbar, subwoofer and 2 Heos 5. It’s not cheap. Everything worked fine, but subwoofer started to loose connection to the Soundbar after it goes on standby. I called customer support. They suggested to unplug the ac power cord for 30 seconds and reconnect. It worked one time but continued to loose connection. Following 2 calls to support they walked me through the process of unpairing and resetting the subwoofer to soundbar. 2nd time using an ethernet cable to do the setup. Problem persists. In the process of moving the subwoofer in and out of position, I accidentally damaged the grille cloth. I finally managed to talk to a customer service. He said you damaged grille so product has no more warranty. He gave me a service center to service my subwoofer. Shipping costs and repair codes is on me. The question is: if the subwoofer was not defective, I would not have accidentally damaged the grille. Doing all the reset and moving subwoofer in and out was not easy. I’m 69 years old. If you are searching for a Soundbar or any sound equipment; DO NOT CHOOSE DENON for the reasons I have mentioned. There other manufacturers with just as good product and price that stands behind their product. I for one will never buy another Denon product. I told that to the supervisor and his only answer is I’m sorry to hear this.
