Lack of support for Nura products

The support for Nura, now owned by another company, has been incredibly disappointing. I ordered spare cables but never received them, and my inquiries went unanswered. When I sought help from the new owner, I was told they do not assist with Nura products and cannot track my order. This lack of support is frustrating, especially given the ownership change.

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Support

The customer service I experienced was extremely disappointing. I purchased spare cables but never received them, and I couldn’t get any response from the support team. When I contacted the seller for assistance, I expected some help since they now own the company. Instead, I was informed that they do not support products from the company and have no access to track my order. Their response made it clear that there was no effort to assist me, which was very frustrating.

Disappointing experience with Nura headphones

I purchased a set of Nura headphones before the acquisition by another company. The headphones are fantastic, but the subscription model feels like a scam. Constantly needing to pair the headphones with an app to make them work is a terrible user experience. They've taken a great product and made it frustrating to use.

While the amplifiers are generally good, they suffer from modern software issues. It's frustrating that updates can interrupt usage. My experience with this company has been terrible. I placed an order a week ago and still haven't received it. I've contacted the shipping service and the company multiple times but received no useful information. For the price I paid, I expected much better customer support.

I received a receiver as a gift, but it didn’t work when I opened it. After sending it for repair, it came back still malfunctioning. I requested to speak with a supervisor but received no follow-up. A new device should not have these issues, and the lack of assistance is unacceptable.
