I had an absolutely awful experience. I had previously had my upper all on 4 completed with them and while I experienced poor customer service and zero post care, my teeth were fine. 2 years later I returned to get my lower jaw completed. I received a quote and upon my arrival the dentist denied and refused to believe I had the treatment I had, because it hadn’t been recorded. He and the manager attempted to belittle and bully me. They then called in my liaison person and the manager belittled him, it was awful to see. The female manager was aggressive and totally unprofessional. Thank goodness I found an alternative clinic, and the service was day and night in comparison, I was informed of each step, treated with respect and offered significant aftercare! This was so different to my first experience when the patients relied upon each other to find out the next step in the process. I met other Dentafly customers at the airport and all said their prices and increased upon arrival. This clinic displays zero ethics and it is evidenced at every step, including how they even treat each other. Scary and appalling experience, they are however very passionate about filming your hello’s for their false creation of happy ambience
