My experience at Dentafly has been seamless and I found the staff extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly! I was interested in two implants and the procedure and available options were explained in detail. All transfers were arranged for me as part of the service. I am very pleased and ecstatic with my results! I would like to thank the entire staff for making me smile even bigger and brighter!

Brilliant front of house team ...very hospitable, welcoming and professional. I had a great experience from being picked up at the airport by Mustaffa a true gentleman to being kept up to date by Ali excellent co-ordinator. The life of the team and Sude the flamboyant and charasmatic customer liason . Really want to say THANK YOU to all of those I could not remember your names . Its was a good experience .
All staff at Dentafly - transport drivers, reception desk staff, coffee shop lady, patient care coordinators, dentists & dental assistants from start to finish provide an excellent A1 service. They are friendly, professional & so supportive. Special thanks to Matteo, Rania, dentists- Dr Gorkem & Dr Hediye & their assistants for their understanding & attention to detail. So pleased with their expert care. I would suggest that Dentafly include potential additional charges of evolving implant therapies like Toronto bridges/titanium plates to initial quotes given to clients before arrival in Turkey to lessen clients’ fears & “ monetary cost shocks” when assessed as needed after first visit scan assessment. I had an absolutely awful experience. I had previously had my upper all on 4 completed with them and while I experienced poor customer service and zero post care, my teeth were fine. 2 years later I returned to get my lower jaw completed. I received a quote and upon my arrival the dentist denied and refused to believe I had the treatment I had, because it hadn’t been recorded. He and the manager attempted to belittle and bully me. They then called in my liaison person and the manager belittled him, it was awful to see. The female manager was aggressive and totally unprofessional. Thank goodness I found an alternative clinic, and the service was day and night in comparison, I was informed of each step, treated with respect and offered significant aftercare! This was so different to my first experience when the patients relied upon each other to find out the next step in the process. I met other Dentafly customers at the airport and all said their prices and increased upon arrival. This clinic displays zero ethics and it is evidenced at every step, including how they even treat each other. Scary and appalling experience, they are however very passionate about filming your hello’s for their false creation of happy ambience
