Good experience. Expected better aftercare.Arrived in Turkey, picked up from the airport, all was fine.Day 1, went for consultation, was told that i needed 6 teeth removing and 6 root canals. No problem.I specifically asked for me to be put to sleep and wake up with temporary teeth in. This did not happen. I was put to sleep, i then came awake during my procedure which has scarred me for life. I also then came around with no temp teeth in which also has now scarred me.Day 2.No communication, I was bedbound with no teeth not knowing what was going to happen.Day 3.Temps were fitted, great process, did not hurt, no problems what so ever.Day 4.Nothing happened today, I was abit annoyed as I wanted to have the process finished before my last day so that I could advise if there were any problems.Day 5. Moulds were created and more temps were put on.Day 6. Teeth were fitted, slight problem with the chew, resolved the next day as they will not be perfect first time.Day 7 (last day). Teeth were adjusted, bite was fine, smile was incredible, super happy.....Returned home.... gap started forming where my gums were on my lower teeth, gap is still there and is very frustrating as food keep getting caught in there.It has been 6 weeks and i still feel regular pain which should not be the case. the after care team just advised me to visit my local dentist... which will now cost me more money. they say that if i fly to turkey they can assist but i will have to cover the flight etc...This is why i wished my procedure was finished within the 4 days we initially booked so that any problems could be resolved over the last 3. They finish your treatment on the last day which i do not like becausae then any problems that occur you need to sort when you are back home at your local dentist or fork out for another flight.Overall, my teeth look great (minus the gap between my gums and lower teeth which i am not too happy about).i am still in pain.... but it is expected, although 6 weeks later is questionable.The communication was great.The taxi pick ups were great.The help at the surgery was great.The dentist himself was great.I was just frustrated that i came awake during surgery which is my fear and that I did not have temps on when i then woke up from that surgery also the gap in between my teeth and gums and the pain i still feel now.I think if they had done the surgery within 4 days then they could fix this gap between my gums and teeth so i am unsure what my next steps will be.I am glad I had my teeth done as they were not in a great state but i do think it could have gone better and that the end result could be a little bit better. I am 70% satisfied and 30% disappointed and after spending £8,000 I wished i was 100% satisfied.
