When I first bought my partial denture I was very please as it fit perfectly and customer service answered promptly. However, my experience dealing with DLD customer service has gone down significantly over the years. It now take an entire day to hear back and when they do respond it's brief and does not answer the entire question. Recently, I got my permanent retainer taken off so that I can send my molds for new retainers. Since this is a time sensitive process, I had to send picture of my mold to be pre approved. They sent an email stating that my mold looks good and I can send them. About 2 weeks later I get an email that they sent an extra mold kit and that the impressions were not good enough! My teeth have already shifted and I will now need new aligners! I wanted to save hundreds, now I will be spending thousands thanks to their incompetence. I have already reached out multiple times for a refund and so I will be doing a charged back on my credit card. Please do not trust them!
