Review Time
When I first bought my partial denture I was very please as it fit perfectly and customer service answered promptly. However, my experience dealing with DLD customer service has gone down significantly over the years. It now take an entire day to hear back and when they do respond it's brief and does not answer the entire question. Recently, I got my permanent retainer taken off so that I can send my molds for new retainers. Since this is a time sensitive process, I had to send picture of my mold to be pre approved. They sent an email stating that my mold looks good and I can send them. About 2 weeks later I get an email that they sent an extra mold kit and that the impressions were not good enough! My teeth have already shifted and I will now need new aligners! I wanted to save hundreds, now I will be spending thousands thanks to their incompetence. I have already reached out multiple times for a refund and so I will be doing a charged back on my credit card. Please do not trust them!
Taking impressions at home was incredibly straightforward. They provide enough materials for three attempts in case of mistakes, which I needed. The final piece for my single tooth fits perfectly and appears very natural—it's nearly undetectable unless viewed extremely closely, and even then, it's just a slight overlap with my actual tooth. The overall value was excellent, and it took just under three weeks after submitting the impressions. I would definitely recommend this service!
The fit is quite comfortable, and the quality appears to be good; I had no issues with the initial use. I would certainly recommend this business to others. However, I would suggest considering a different delivery service than the current one. The package was expected on December 4th, 2025, but I only received it on December 10th, 2025. I had to visit three different locations to finally track it down and receive it. Nonetheless, I am pleased with the product itself. Thank you!
I won't lie at first I thought this company was a scam until I saw someone on tik toc say she went thru them. I did my imoressions, sent them off and within 3-4 weeks my teeth were back and ready to wear! I can smile again thanks to dental direct. Just got mine in last night and couldn't wait to get home to try them. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is the gum line on the front tooth is a little low and the two teeth that they made are slightly whiter than my real teeth. But it's not toooo much of a difference. I guess I just notice it more because they're my teeth. BUT honestly for a quick service like this under 1k I can't really complain. I believe I'll get another set just to have just in case something happens to this one. But again I'm really satisfied with the end result. I will recommend dental lab direct to ANYONE they did a great job for the price! Thank you so much!

The veneers arrived and they looked SO natural nobody could tell. I felt amazing on my wedding day and the pictures are beautiful.
