Well, I'm not 100 % happy with dental Planet and their chair. I bought a Adec dental chair for about 11k.i had problems with it right at the beginning. Non stop there were some issues with cables inside the chair becoming loose and the chair wouldn't work (to this day I still have the issues, I have to open up the chair and reconnect the cables myself), cavitron stops working randomly, high speed didn't work and is still giving me trouble. Water supply didn't work. All these issues keep coming back and we deal with it, we don't have a warranty with them. Here is my frustration, when the chair got delivered my rep/sales man was half harted involved and I had to call him non stop, just for him to kind of accuse me of making up stuff and giving me attitude. After my experience with Dental Planet I don't think I would buy another high priced item from them. I bought pieces in the past from them and that was great, but this last 11k purchase was really disappointing and hustle to deal with. This is my honest opinion. Thank you
