I ordered 4 vinyl chair protectors for the lower portion of my Adec patient chairs. I was told that they would be made to order to fit my particular chair model. I am very particular (and somewhat skeptical) and asked if they could be made 6" longer than the advertised description so there would be better protection when children were in the chair, not just adults. They told me it was no problem, and the covers were delivered in just a few days. They fit perfectly, were a great price, and they look even better than the originals. I really appreciated the customization and the "it's no problem" attitude toward filling my relatively small order. I will be looking for more opportunities to do more business with Dental Planet in the future!
