This company DOES NOT cover anything except cleaning! I went to my dentist for cleaning and they said I needed deep cleaning but my insurance will not pay anything till one year. And that too only 50% at that time. Seriously?! Till then, I will probably lose my teeth and they wont care!So I called and canceled my policy. They still charged me premium for next month. When I call, they give me a run around by asking to call DentaQuest. They say I should call DentaTrust! As a customer, why should I care if they are separate company. I just know they take my money and provide ZERO service. Finally, one customer service person acknowledged their mistake and said I will receive refund. If they do not, then I will have to call my credit card company and black list this dental company.
