I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Dent Lara City.
We took my mother, Mrs Shelley Begum, who is over 60 years old, for dental treatment. Following the work carried out, the entire left side of her teeth has now fallen out. We are left in a very distressing situation, along with a very large bill and no meaningful support or resolution.
Instead of offering practical help, we are repeatedly told to “come back again.” My mother has already returned once, and the experience left her feeling pressured and uncomfortable rather than supported. At her age, repeatedly travelling back and forth is not easy, especially when confidence in the treatment has been shaken.
We also found communication extremely difficult. Several staff members did not speak clear English, which made it very hard to properly understand the treatment plan, aftercare instructions, and what options were available when problems arose. For something as serious and expensive as dental treatment, clear communication is essential.
We did not expect perfection, but we did expect accountability, clear explanations, and proper aftercare — particularly given the cost involved. Instead, we feel left with ongoing problems, financial strain, and no real assistance.
I would strongly advise others to carefully consider all factors, especially communication and aftercare support, before proceeding with treatment here.
