I am quite frustrated with my recent order. I bought a glove on December 1st, but I never received the collection code or notification, preventing me from picking it up. The glove was returned, yet it hasn’t made it back to the company. Because of this, I won’t have the glove in time for the holidays, which is very disappointing. While I understand delays happen, the lack of communication and tracking updates has been very unsatisfactory.
