The discrepancy in size was shocking, and when I reached out for assistance, the representative informed me of a significant backlog and couldn't help me immediately. This was disappointing, as I expected better customer service. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the quality and support.
I ordered what I thought were premium deerskin/kashmir gloves made in the UK. To my dismay, they arrived and were made in China, despite the high price.
