I ordered a pair of gloves that said it would take 10 days to arrive (because of the sales), and only the shipping cost €10. I bought it on the 28th of November, it's the 17th of December and still got nothing. This delay is unacceptable, even in during festivities. It's still on the exact same place since 8th December, and it only left their warehouse 8 working days after the purchase.Unfortunetly, it's a gift, and now I have to buy a new one on the last days before Christmas due do their delay, and they take 0% responsibility saying "We do apologise for the inconvenience ". Well, thanks a lot.
