My experience was frustrating due to misleading information and excessive charges. I had provided a 3D x-ray prior to my trip, which led to a quote of $4500 for 3 extractions of broken teeth and 6 implants. This price was supposed to cover my stay in a so-called 'luxury hotel' (which turned out to be an outdated establishment), transportation, and my one-way flight (which I never received a refund for). My dental appointment began at 10 am, but I returned to the hotel at 8 pm, in pain and bleeding. Instead of the agreed-upon procedures, they extracted 6 teeth, including 3 that were healthy, and placed only 4 implants for two bridges—something I did not consent to. Their justification was that matching crowns to the healthy teeth would be too challenging, which seemed unreasonable. The next day, despite my swollen mouth, they took a casting. By the time I left Istanbul 4 days later, I was given a denture with 4 plastic teeth that does not fit properly and makes eating impossible. I had been warned about this clinic by another facility but dismissed it, regrettably. I cannot recommend this service.
