All of the staff at Dentspa are spectacular, they show sincere concern for you. I am not a needle person, I have panic attacks, and yet they had a lot of patience with me and for that I am very thankful. I am so grateful to be able to smile again & not be embarrassed by what others are saying when they look at me. It was truly a blessing to be able to come to visit this beautiful country of Turkye to Dentspa with the top notch A1 team. Dentspa exceeded my expectations. THANK YOU DENTSPA for AWAKENING my smile and ELEVATING my self-esteem.
Really,what made me wonder was the level of contact,and engagement I have had with the patient care staff:Ms Nohaila was such an amazing staff of Dental Spa as she stood by the patients side from the begining till the end,asking even after the procedure,how the whole procedure went out,if the procedure was successfull,whether the patient was satisfied well,or not,and even coordinating with the coordinators in getting us the most conducive and relevant appointments with Dentaspa Doktors.I recommend similar service,and care from other staff as well with whom we had a physical contact,yet not as helpful,committed and relentless as hers.Mr.Feisal was also nice with us,sitting with us,and trying to address our concerns though he was extremely bussy with lots of patients,angaging and helping them too Yet,he did his best to make the service smooth and go well. Last,I would say,keep it up,the tea ,and coffee service and other sideline services offered at your clinic makes you unique and special as compared to other clinics I have seen during my ten years of stay in Turkiye.Keep that up.Everybody was professional in knowing at least English,french,or Arabic,and having multi-lingual team or staff is what any new comer or patient would feel would make your clinic to be an international one.
My experience was frustrating due to misleading information and excessive charges. I had provided a 3D x-ray prior to my trip, which led to a quote of $4500 for 3 extractions of broken teeth and 6 implants. This price was supposed to cover my stay in a so-called 'luxury hotel' (which turned out to be an outdated establishment), transportation, and my one-way flight (which I never received a refund for). My dental appointment began at 10 am, but I returned to the hotel at 8 pm, in pain and bleeding. Instead of the agreed-upon procedures, they extracted 6 teeth, including 3 that were healthy, and placed only 4 implants for two bridges—something I did not consent to. Their justification was that matching crowns to the healthy teeth would be too challenging, which seemed unreasonable. The next day, despite my swollen mouth, they took a casting. By the time I left Istanbul 4 days later, I was given a denture with 4 plastic teeth that does not fit properly and makes eating impossible. I had been warned about this clinic by another facility but dismissed it, regrettably. I cannot recommend this service.

The support team at the company is remarkable, with dedicated individuals focused on ensuring I have the best possible experience during my dental journey. One representative has consistently been available and puts in tremendous effort to make everything perfect! They've gone above and beyond to enhance my clinic experience and have even assisted us in exploring the city. Their help is greatly appreciated! A first-class experience overall!
The journey has been truly transformative so far. I often reflect on how challenging my dental situation was. I should consider requesting before and after photos since they have a professional photography area. I'm nearing the end of my healing process and will soon return for my final permanent dentures. I must highlight the assistance with transportation, as it has been incredibly beneficial and deserves recognition for its effectiveness. I received follow-up care calls on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Unfortunately, I missed those calls due to work commitments. The temporary teeth didn't quite work for me, but I wasn’t surprised, given the swelling from 13 extractions and 8 implants. For me, this is significant. I’m looking forward to my vacation time renewing after New Year’s and returning to continue my treatment plan. Thank you to the healthcare team.

I had a fantastic experience overall! The dental professionals were skilled and knowledgeable, and the facility was contemporary, immaculate, and very efficient. They also equipped me with all the necessary information for my follow-up care with my dentist back in Canada. The customer service and communication were outstanding, as was the entire office staff. Extremely well organized and professional. They assist you in exploring all the options through online support, then coordinate airport pickup as promised. Even with a lengthy wait for luggage, they remained patient and provided assistance at every turn.
Throughout the procedures, everyone was courteous, compassionate, and helpful. They collaborated with me during the entire process and continued to provide outstanding support afterwards.

Avoid this clinic. Many reviews seem misleading. The initial consultation via messaging was friendly and comforting—but that’s part of their strategy. When you arrive at the clinic, the pricing differs significantly from what was initially discussed. The environment felt disorganized and unprofessional, almost like a circus. I decided against proceeding the day after my consultation. They refused to refund my payment, then billed me $700 just for the consultation while promising to return $2,000. It’s now been three months, and I still haven’t received anything. Please learn from my experience. There are many reputable clinics in the area—this is not one of them.
