Really not a fan. I tried using it for the first time; didn't have prior experience. I thought I was using it properly, and I never got any notices that I wasn't. I went ahead and spent time getting a bunch of listings up. Waited forever for a sale. It finally came. I went through all motions I was supposed to; downloaded the shipping label, shipped the item.. I never got any way on the app or the website to actually "mark the item as shipped", but I contacted my seller anyway to give them a tracking number. I'm "hoping" they got their item. Because before anything else happened, I was suspended to never be able to get my acct back again, regardless of my asking support what was going on. So in the end. I lost money on the sale, got my account deactivated without understanding why, contacted support throughout this entire process without a response back until it was too late my acct was suspended (I kept writing and asking how to mark as shipped and no one ever got back to me), and I never got paid. So I'm eating the cost of trying to use Depop. I think with horrible support like this, you might be wasting your time with them. Don't bother. There are way better ways of selling clothes online. Vinted, Mercari, Etsy and Ebay have all been successful and easy for me. Depop was totally futile and a loss of money. I don't recommend it at all.
