I am a new seller with no prior violations, and I am truly confused and upset about this situation, while fully willing to correct any unintended issues.
The seller tried to scam me by selling a fake item… raised a dispute and listed all necessary evidence. The team then proceeded to take action and I felt the outcome was the best result

WARNING: I WAS SCAMMED AND COULD LOSE $3000. I created an account and listed some shoes, but a few hours later, I received an email indicating they were sold. I clicked the link, thinking it was the legitimate site, and provided some financial details to receive payment. Soon after, thousands of dollars were withdrawn from my account. Fortunately, my bank flagged the transactions as suspicious, but now I have $300 held up in an investigation before I can recover it.

The service is generally reliable, but there are some sellers that appear questionable 😕 I was eager to receive my items and had placed 4 orders, but encountered an issue with my address where the numbers would vanish. This led to items being returned to the seller, and I couldn't resolve it directly with them. I then requested a refund, and the support team handled my situation exceptionally well.
I attempted to place two orders through the platform for my daughter, who keeps discovering items she likes. Both times, with different sellers, the items were never shipped and were instead marked as sold. I understand that sellers may also list on other platforms, but when I order something online, I expect to receive it. The fact that this happened twice confirms that I won't be using the platform again. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the platform did refund my money without too much hassle. The first refund was automatic, but for the second, I had to request it after 13 days when the item still hadn't shipped and the seller didn't respond.
The representative displayed understanding and compassion when I felt like even the representatives were against me. I'm grateful that this representative took my feedback as seriously as I do. Thank you very much. Just a side note: Sellers should be cautious of certain individuals who may not allow for issues to be resolved. Some can be hurtful and only seek to take advantage. I haven't encountered anyone like this in a long time, and it's unfortunate that such individuals exist. Please be aware, as they may try to exploit others.
