Depop added a default address to my account which was not mine, and it was confirmed that i had fixed this. I placed 6 orders. Half went to the correct address and half went to the incorrect address. Depop' s customer service is automated, and every contact was with a different AI agent. I had to start over with each contact and repeat the same thing over and over. Eventually this led to a " we can't help you , this is your problem" response and the complaints were closed and I lost over $140, which they expected the SELLER to cover. Not her fault. Save yourself the trouble and keep moving. Do NOT shop here. The buyer pays a bunch of fees and gets no help.
