I bought a handbag for £220 marked as excellent condition. I have one already the same so know what to look for. It arrived and was heavily used, poor condition, stank of smoke. Went to the seller and tried to be nice and ask for a refund - she said no. so i went to depop and they rejected the claim within 20 minutes. so now I have a worthless bag and am £220 down. Awful experience. Can't help but think maybe it's because she sells a lot and they really need sellers because their platform is shocking.
