My review will tell you everything in depth.

Pros: I’ve made 32 sales on this app, and bought from here too, mostly easy to use. Unfortunately the cons are making it way less appealing to use. Here’s a giant list below. Cons: (I tried to upload this review an everything I wrote spontaneously erased, so that symbolic energy already tells me they resist good feedback.)1) They added an algorithm that determines the “guess weight” of your item based on the title an this is a horrible implementation, because if it guesses wrong, you can no longer select extra small sizes, or correct weight, thus making buyers pay incorrect higher prices which isn’t right. Why change things that weren’t broken before? I told their support an they echoed back like a drone that it’s their new system and failed to even note the issue, relay it to be fixed. Very dismissive, not able to listen to respectful feedback from their sellers..who pay them. 2) you can’t send offers to individual likers on your item, only sometimes, so if a new person likes, you have to send a batch offer to all 50 people, another horrible design, as previous likers get spammed an end up not wanting to buy anymore. The fact there’s no system in place to select specifics, or how long it’s been since each liker has received an offer is ridiculous. that’s really necessary for selling an not wanting to spam others.3) The options for styles on items is incredibly confusing, like types of jackets, dresses, all the subcategories, nearly impossible to know which is which. There should definitely be an icon or picture next to each one so people can list their items correctly. I had to search dozens of these names just to figure out what they are. 4) You can’t organize your grid manually without effecting the whole feed, horrible idea here too. If you have hundreds of items and want to catagorize your stuff, have fun investing hours re editing all by hand. because if you edit one it gets sent to the top automatically. 5) Their automated email response when they receive a ticket for support is full of attitude and immaturity, it says “if you send another email about this same ticket before we answer, you WILL be waiting longer” Before even getting your first response..in caps an all. This left a horrible taste in my mouth, that’s so unprofessional of a company to even speak to their users this way, so snappy. A couple bad apples doesn’t excuse not being able to control your emotions. Not a good look for a business. Yikes.Gives off rude women on a power trip. 6) their policies are heavily against organic hemp products, so if you list an item like hemp lotion, a candle, or cosmetics with cbd, you’ll be flagged for selling “controlled drugs” an your listing will be removed. their company doesn’t support a giant industry with hundreds of benefits from fabrics to skin to health to everything. yet they’re all about “secondhand shopping”..they just lump it in with “it must be related to drugs, so it’s not safe” ..come on.7) The profile bios have had a glitch for years gone unfixed, where if you write a bio, it doesn’t sync with how it appears on your page in search. 8) you can add a link to your profile but you can’t even view it unless you’re on a desktop I guess, which makes it mostly not useful 9) I had my account wrongfully suspended for zero reason, completely locked out, no warnings, nothing. I had to appeal an email to bring it back. And guess what the suspension did? Removed all the dozens of my items out of peoples carts, took off hundreds of my discounts I set each by hand, and wiped all my top searches. This was so unjust and messed up an impacted my sales, I got no reimbursement or anything for this, just a “sorry, seems like the suspension was a mistake on our end!” like they costed me 10+ sales that I was about to close on due to this “mistake”. I have no way of knowing which buyers they were, so they probably all assumed it sold. Wrongfully punished.10) When I sent them respectful feedback for most of these issues, support did nothing, didn’t show concern, listen, or send it to the correct people to fix them, or consider the impact on their business, just repeated random things, and acted as if they didn’t know how to communicate. And that’s coming from someone who speaks respectful a professional to people, even I am appalled. Their customer service agents act with catty attitude, or simply do not know how to communicate. My only good experience was the girl who fixed the false suspension quickly. But even then, they ruined sales, didn’t return the items to people’s carts. 11) the “boosted” fee advertising they do doesn’t work. I did it for 200 items, no boost in sales at all. 12) I don’t get pop up notifications for my sales, and the customer service said “send us a picture”…(agents have super low IQ..) 13) The only way for this company to not go bankrupt is to hire a new CEO.
