Customer service is awful. Reviewed boots, scoured pics, nonissues I couldn’t get behind. Seller marked a new and only worn 5 times. Ordered the boots. They came and there are two cracks in the material above the sole. But one of the cracks is detached from the boot. Not visible in pictures. Customer service did nothing!
