I am a constant shopper on Depop, and sometimes receive items that aren’t as described, but my last purchase, I could not just accept. I purchased a “brand new” Lululemon crop jacket, but what I received was far from that! The item was used, counterfeit, and filthy! I reached out to the HELP/SUPPORT team of Depop, and they sprang into action…literally! I received an immediate confirmation email that my concerns would be investigated and the seller would be contacted for proof of purchase, and that I would be notified in 48 hours. 48 hours later, I was contacted again that the seller failed to respond to their contact efforts, and a day after that, a full refund was issued. I am very pleased and satisfied with the end result. I just wanted my money back. Have no fear….your purchases are protected!
