Very poor customer service and instantly respond with the same party line after receiving a ban for listing an item that was deemed dangerous (a kitchen mixer!). After pleading with them and apologising for this I still remain banned from the platform and keep receiving the same response stating I’ll remain banned to keep the other shoppers safe (from a kitchen cake mixer!!!). No care shown despite doing a lot of buying and selling on the platform over the years and a lack of loyalty. I highly recommend using other platforms!
