I am utterly shocked by this situation. A buyer received a shirt from me, but then she initiated a dispute for a refund, claiming the shirt had dry rot and was ripped. I requested the item back for inspection, only to find that the shirt had been CUT! There were large cuts on the arm, and no signs of dry rot whatsoever. To make matters worse, I was still issued a refund! I'm in disbelief over losing $40 and a brand new shirt without tags. It's impossible to resell it now. This behavior is absolutely appalling.
