I attempted to place two orders through the platform for my daughter, who keeps discovering items she likes. Both times, with different sellers, the items were never shipped and were instead marked as sold. I understand that sellers may also list on other platforms, but when I order something online, I expect to receive it. The fact that this happened twice confirms that I won't be using the platform again. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the platform did refund my money without too much hassle. The first refund was automatic, but for the second, I had to request it after 13 days when the item still hadn't shipped and the seller didn't respond.
