They didn’t send me part of my order, and when I tried to speak with customer support (after waiting almost two hours for a reply in the chat), the agent quickly sent me a message saying that I should have contacted them within 24 hours of receiving the package and then immediately closed the chat. Now I can’t message them, request a refund, or get any information, because they simply don’t respond to me anymore.
Maybe I should be thankful that I didn’t lose a larger amount of money, but I honestly don’t understand how a big store can just take my money and not even explain anything. Depot Village used to be my favorite shop, but I won’t order from them again, and I recommend that you think twice before buying something there. As we can see, their “14-day return policy” doesn’t seem to apply, and they can make up any excuses they want and completely ignore you.
