I am extremely disappointed with this company. I originally purchased a pair of hiking boots that were too small. I returned them at my own expense from Australia and reordered a larger pair. Unfortunately these where also not suitable. So I once again followed their returns process again and sent them back to Spain. The shoes today have been returned to sender to me from Spain as directed by the company. This leaves me with two pairs of shoes I am unable to wear and no refund. As an international customer, returning items is already expensive and time consuming. This situation has been incredibly frustrating and unfair. I have done everything required on my end and acted in good faith. I would strongly advise other Australian customers to avoid this company.
First time ordered by mistake different shoes and they give me back money. Recspect! Thank you. And after that I ordered twice Brooks Ghost 17 shoes, and delivery was fast even it's International. I trust Deporvillage and I do recommend it as trustworthy.
I ordered a ski jacket from the brand "The North Face" on Deporvillage website. I paid of course immediately and then I received a message that they could not deliver the product, it was out of stock. Since then it is a nightmare to receive the money back. They have been asking me for my bank details about 5 times already to do the refund, I get automated replies all the times and their chat box is exactly the same : "they are very busy, please send us an email and we will reply to you within 24 hours" and then again, the same email asking for my details for the refund. This is not professional at all. Customer focus : certainly not. I need to escalate this now as this is not honest ; this is not a a politic for customers.
I received cycling shoes (from Fizik) with a serious manufacturing defect. Even after more than 3 months, I have received absolutely no solution, no response, and no return label. The warranty department has not replied at all — zero response. To make matters worse, based on the photos alone it is painfully obvious that the shoes are completely unusable. Customer support is extremely unhelpful and keeps repeating the same generic message: “please contact the warranty department.” This level of service is unacceptable and very frustrating.
Return R01266201- was picked up from my house on 20/11/25 and no refund has been received as of 5/2/26. Customer service has been extremely vague, with no reply from my last follow up email. I have attached photos to the email to say the return would be processed in 3-5 working days on the 6/12/25, while I am still awaiting a refund of 126 euro.
A very good discount and service encouraged me to place another order with DeporVillage, these boots seem very well made I have a road pair and they keep my feet toastie in any weather. After using over shoes I decided to invest in winter boots to save all the struggle of removing over shoe covers from MTB shoe's. I am about to order my Partner some. I now have three NW pairs of shoes and boots.
I have received the incorrect product. It was not as per the description. Since then I have been trying on multiple occasions to contact via the webchat service. I get put in a queue and when it finally gets to my turn there is no one available. This have been ongoing for 3 days now.
The return process is extremely frustrating; it has been almost six weeks since my return was picked up by the courier, and all I hear is that the package is in transit. There’s no way to reach anyone for assistance, and the courier service is unreachable. I'm very disappointed because this was my first experience with the company, and while their delivery service was satisfactory, I won't be using them again if their return service is like this.
The delivery date was missed, and now the parcel has been stuck for over a week with no updates. The service has been disappointing, and I doubt I'll receive my product. I'm extremely dissatisfied and will not be ordering again. I feel I have no option but to seek a refund through my bank at this stage. Communication has been lacking.
I placed my order on November 28th for delivery on December 5th. Now it's January 1st, and I still haven't received my package. I've reached out, and after contacting the delivery company, I was informed that it was delivered, but no package has arrived at my address. I'm really disappointed.
