I ordered a ski jacket from the brand "The North Face" on Deporvillage website. I paid of course immediately and then I received a message that they could not deliver the product, it was out of stock. Since then it is a nightmare to receive the money back. They have been asking me for my bank details about 5 times already to do the refund, I get automated replies all the times and their chat box is exactly the same : "they are very busy, please send us an email and we will reply to you within 24 hours" and then again, the same email asking for my details for the refund. This is not professional at all. Customer focus : certainly not. I need to escalate this now as this is not honest ; this is not a a politic for customers.
