I want to leave extremely negative feedback about your return process.
Ordering products from your store works perfectly, but the moment a customer wants to make a return, nothing works anymore. The return options are unclear, incomplete, and practically impossible for a customer from Finland.
Based on this experience, if I had to choose whether to buy from you again or not — I would definitely choose NOT TO BUY.
