Very disappointing experience with Deporvillage would not recommend.
I ordered a pair of boxing shoes in size 41 but received size 40.5 instead. I contacted customer service right away, and they asked me to send photos. I did exactly that, and then they asked for additional product images, which I also provided.
Since then, I have received no response at all.
I have followed up multiple times and even clearly stated that I just want a return label so I can send the item back, but I am being completely ignored. It has now been over a week, and nothing has been resolved.
At this point, the situation honestly feels very unprofessional and borderline like a scam. Taking payment and then not responding when there is an issue is not acceptable.
I would strongly advise others to be careful when ordering from this company
