Bought some trainers and they were too small - very hard process to return them, courier didn't turn up and I'd waited in all day (9am - 7pm) then taking days to respond to emails afterwards. Said there had been an attempted collection but not when or even what day. I will certainly never use this company again and regretting having done so.. still haven't got the trainers back to them.
