I received an email from Copytrack questioning whether I had a license for an image I'd purchased from Depositphotos a few years ago. That is always troubling so I can't tell you how much it meant to me to get such terrific help very quickly on this from Irine and her team at Depositphotos. They answered all my questions immediately, showed me how to get a copy of the licenses, confirmed image ownership - and left me breathing a huge sigh of relief. Thank you!!
I often need high quality photos but when i look there is an onerous payment that might be affordable to companies but not to individuals paying out of pocket. I was able to pay a reasonable amount for access to 5 graphics, and there is a wide range of selection of high quality options. I felt ok paying for this access and hope this buisiness model is a success!
