Overall this is a great product which has so many tools and options to help create a photobook. There are one or two areas of that are not so intuitive but their help pages generally will provide you with a solution.
We are now onto our 7th or 8th photobook and find that the option to share the book online with friends is a great option. They look so good that we generally have them lying around on our coffee table.
The only disappointment I have ever had over many prints was entirely of my own making!! The variation in black/grey was beautifully kept giving the photo additional impact. Great job
Terrible experience. Made a calendar, fairly easy to do. Ordered it. Delivery within a week apparently. Never arrived, Evri stated 'We are expecting it' for 2 weeks. Photobix continued to tell me to wait another week, still didn't arrive after 3 weeks.
Now waiting for a full refund which apparently will take 2 weeks.
Awful experience, waste of my time, don't bother with them.
The quality of one of the prints was terrible, completely out of focus where the digital image was pin sharp. I will never use your services again for print enlargements

However, aluminium print was damaged in delivery and damaged on both attempted replacements. On all 3 issues it looked like the print has been dropped on its end and the corners are bent. No fragile stickers on the packaging and no protection to stop it being miss handled by the delivery company.
Full refund issued.
Unfortunately, I could not consider buying another aluminium print from them as its too much money to take a chance that it wont be damaged again.
Delivery issues overshadow great photos; I was thrilled to order numerous photos in various shapes and sizes, spending over £150. I've received conflicting delivery dates—one at the time of ordering, another when the order was dispatched, and now I'm told to just wait. It may arrive, or it may not. I'm advised to check back in a week if it doesn't come. It's quite amusing, but I wouldn't recommend spending your money here. Consider choosing another provider who can meet their delivery commitments and provide timely updates.
The calendars I ordered for Christmas did not arrive in time for me to collect them before I traveled overseas (I won't be back for two months and intended them as gifts). The express delivery fee of GBP 16.99 was unnecessary since they arrived four days later than expected. The company has denied my request for a refund on the express delivery cost, stating it was only an estimated delivery time, which is unacceptable. Those six calendars totaled GBP 97 and remain un-gifted. This is outrageously expensive, and I will not use this company again. The product quality has noticeably declined since the company changed ownership, along with their customer service and promotional offers. The print quality of their products is now significantly poorer, which is disappointing because they used to be excellent and offered good value for money. We chose to use them again this year due to the convenience of their app, but after this experience, I will never do so again.
I still have vouchers that I want to utilize, but I'm unhappy that I can't use them alongside an existing promotion, which feels unfair. Promotions and gift vouchers should be compatible. The prices of photo books keep rising, and the service has been very disappointing. I can no longer recommend this platform.
I paid for express delivery, which cost an extra tenner to ensure it arrived on a specific date. Unfortunately, it arrived three days late, forcing me to purchase another gift. It showed up the same day that free delivery would have delivered it, so at the very least, I feel the shipping cost should have been refunded. The customer service made it clear they can't guarantee delivery dates, so why charge £10? I'm really let down. This is a poor way to treat customers, and while they blame the courier, it tarnishes the company's reputation for handling issues inadequately. Apparently, it's their policy. I won't be using their service again, and I can't say the quality was impressive either.
I paid extra for quick shipping and then received an email about production delays due to unforeseen demand. The support team was unresponsive until after the item was finally delivered. No refund was provided, only "sincere apologies."
