Read the fine print!

I like the quality and quantity of photos but I don’t like the administrative side of things. I tried to find out how to deactivate my account because I can’t afford the monthly fee anymore. It was an epic challenge to get it done. The website states money back guarantee but that’s pretty much not true. The most they did for me was to downgrade me and tell me to contact them within a month of the annual renewal to cancel but trying to find out WHEN the renewal was supposed to happen took me asking at least 10 times in a row before they would actually answer. They tried every hard sell in the book before they would listen to me. Read the fine print and make sure you stay on top of their rules and regulations.
