I take great offence when an American company masquerades as a Canadian company during these tumultuous times. The website is a .ca site indicating that it is Canadian . . . it is not. Had I known my valentines gift to my wife was coming from the USA, I never would have bought it. Also, delivery and production promises are nowhere’s near accurate or honest. The order was placed Feb 11 and the ad says it would be in production within one day of the order being placed and that it would be here within 8 days of that. Well I received the item an hour ago and it is now Feb 24. I have not even opened the box as I am deciding whether to return it or give it to my wife anyway. Cannot comment on quality as I have not seen it but overall this company is not honest in its marketing so I doubt that I can rely on the quality of their product. SHAME on any U.S. manufacturer for trying to scam Canadian faithful. Very disappointed!

Ordered my first 30 x 40 acrylic print. Excellent quality. The only issue was that the shipment traveled over 4000 km before arriving. However, the print was well packed and arrived undamaged. Just needed to clean it up. I will order again. Tip: if you order during the holiday season, place your order 4-6 weeks in advance to be safe.

Received poor quality pictures from a photoshoot. The images arrived on cheap material that doesn’t hold well in the frame, the photos are mostly blurry and of low quality, and I did not receive any backing to hang them. I wanted a refund and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience dealing with the support team. Subpar items and inadequate customer service.
My canvas arrived with two significant defects: 1. Crooked: The image is mounted unevenly on the frame, making it impossible to hang straight. 2. Faded & Blurry: The print quality is very poor. Colors are washed out with low resolution, making details soft. This reflects a clear failure in both assembly and printing quality. The product is unusable and does not match what was advertised. I have requested a full refund and will not accept a replacement due to these fundamental flaws.
