Deceptive Practices and Lack of Transparency at deposit fotos

This company lacks transparency regarding their costs and plans. Despite not having use of the images, they send misleading emails claiming misuse. Their tactics seem designed to trick customers into upgrading their plans. I purchased a package of 80 images but chose not to use it due to unclear terms and conditions. When I requested a refund, the manager refused. With the rise of AI, this company is becoming obsolete and appears desperate for business, employing deceptive practices to pressure customers into unnecessary license upgrades. I strongly advise against buying images from this company.
