Unprofessional service - they want extra money after purchase

Unprofessional service, after you purchase a license, they send you an email that the license does not fit and you have to pay more!And this is after I consulted with a representative in the site's chat, and I specifically asked several times whether this license is suitable for my needs.I gave examples of sites similar to mine and explained exactly the needs.A few days after the purchase and that I had already downloaded and used some photos, I received an email that my license does not match and that I need to upgrade the license to a business license.they dont agree for any refund after download some picturesHundreds of dollars extra!Just a scamdo not recommend
