I love the broad selection of items, the pricing….especially the sales and the ease of selecting the images. Not being very techy, however, I wish there was more info about how to resize the images and how to place them in a document.
My cover designer suggested I visit depositphhotos. I purchased a license for 80 images because we found excellent choices for my next book cover. However, I'm having some trouble searching and finding images a second time. When I enter the same search criteria I'm not getting all the same choices it appears.
Buy 10 images, you are now going to get constant reminders and questions about your account and a well hidden auto renewal. When you turn off auto renewal (if you manage to find it) you are interrogated repeatedly after which you need to select unsubscribe 3 times for it to actually work. After that, you get bombarded with resubscribe emails and promotions. This company is obsessed with retention. Last time I will ever use them. I don't even have the will to approach them to get my money back, Imagine the upselling they will attempt if I contact them. Gross company, I can only imagine the kinds of people that run it.
