First, they offer a great product/service, but what blew me away was the exceptional customer service. I had created an order that I messed up (user error, not theirs). I used their chat link for customer service, they acted fast, refunded the amount, and after the chat went so far as to create a ticket for follow-up to my email that included a link I needed to create the correct order (I did not ask for them to do this) and they then called to make sure I did not have any more questions. Great experience!
Personally, I feel that DepositPhotos is a "Godsend." Prior to initially visiting DepositPhotos, I spent countless hours trying to create my own textures, to aid with my project creations. Although I created a few relatively good ones, I needed much more. I even tried copying and downloaded from some that I seen online. But there was always a concern about copyrights. When I happen to come across the Depositphotos website, it made all of the difference in the world for me. I was "juiced" to say the least. The site is a tremendous help to me. And the prices are truly reasonable! Very good in fact!
