I paid nearly $70 for this photo book as a gift for a friend and I’m extremely disappointed with the result.
Many of the photos are blurry, and at no point during the design process was I warned about image quality issues. Other companies provide clear alerts if an image may print poorly, this service did not.
The paper feels thin and cheap, and the entire book looks low quality. I chose satin pages but didn’t realise that would mean the whole book, including the cover, would lack any gloss or premium finish. It feels flimsy and nowhere near worth the price.
I really regret not using Vistaprint or another provider I trust. I would not order again.
Speed of production and then onto delivery was super fast. AusPost took 2-3 days to deliver. Book quality is great, looks and feels like a high end product. Great work! App was really easy to use!
I made this book as a present for my Dad, showcasing photos from our memorable Honor Flight. He appreciated the images, the thoroughness in naming the locations we went to, and the overall atmosphere of the journey. The tool was user-friendly for crafting titles and notes on the pages. It was a huge success!
Fast service, excellent print quality, and great value. We were pleasantly surprised by their quality. It was an added bonus to be able to send one to my son in Canada (printed in the States). I would definitely recommend them; I've used various print services, but this one stands out.
I truly love this service! I started using it when my son was born to create a photo book of his first year and have continued for four years. We cherish these books and often look through them. I also make copies for both sets of grandparents as Christmas gifts, and they adore them as well. The books are stylish, and both the app and desktop program are incredibly user-friendly. Thank you!
