Be careful with this site.

I've been using this platform for years, and returned to look for images for mock up for my new business. I got harassed two days in a row about obtaining the right license for the images that I downloaded, which I'm fully aware that I have the correct one. I usually use shutter stock, istock, etsy and creative market and the rights to images is nothing new to me. First she states that I can't use for another business and only for sole proprietor. I'm using if for my small business. Then later in the conversation she asked if I was selling the images directly as "art". Seriously?! The assumption that I didn't even read the licensing agreement before using any of these images is absurd, especially as a photographer. I literally state in my first response that I use these downloads for mock ups for my prints/artwork. I had to repeat what my response again to clarify. Then no response as to confirm that I have the right license for the purposes that I stated...or an apology for harassing me for no reason. I'm not sure what's happening, but seriously they need to work on their customer service. I noticed that I had canceled the monthly subscription a day prior. I won't be downloading any more images or using them on my platform just in case they harass me later in the future for god knows what.
