I thought the price wasn't clear

I thought the price wasn't clear. I signed up for a package deal but then I was also charge per picture. I don't have a lot of money, so this was confusing for me and I spent too much.

Background Removal Tool

They suddenly have a limit of one high resolution download a month when you use their background removal tool. They are free downloads if you can use a 600X600 px image, but who can use that in graphic design? They now offer a subscription so that you can pay them to download a photo that you've cut out. Which probably wouldn't be so awful if it worked on every photo you try to cut out, but it's hit or miss on wheter or not it gets cut out correctly.

The image that was downloaded is…

The image that was downloaded is unusable. Tried to get some help through the text option and they were not very helpful at all. Basically I wasted my money I will not be using you guys again
