It took me almost three months from my initial inquiry to finally make the decision to proceed with the contract. This delay was entirely on my side, as I needed time to make a final decision.During this time, I made several requests for discounts and asked many questions — I'm sure I was quite a bother to Alexander. However, he always responded quickly, and his answers were always clear and helpful. Even at the very last minute, when I made yet another request, he handled it so calmly and professionally.When he said, "No issue here," it was truly reassuring and gave me great confidence.Ultimately, the reason I was able to convince my company and decide to use Depositphotos' service was entirely thanks to Alexander. I used the free trial once and cancel any charges but it automatically charged me. When requesting a refund I was offered 30% only. Very misleading as a free trial should be free. I should have been asked if I wanted to subscribe before being charged. Wasted money.
