Auto subscribes you to renew without telling you up front that it's going to do that. Turning that feature off took WAY too many steps. It makes me not trust the site and I won't be shopping here again.

Disgusted quite frankly

Forced to continue an auto-renewal contract that I wasn't aware I was signing up for. Now that I can finally cancel the auto-renew after paying for it for an ENTIRE YEAR, all the credits are removed.So I have paid for something for an entire year that I now can no longer use because I refuse to continue paying every month.

Great selection, prompt customer service.

Love their vast selection, and quality of images offered. While I'm not a fan of having to turn off the package auto-renewal every time I submit an order for X number of images, I do appreciate how quickly customer service responds to any questions or concerns I have.

This is a great option for your media needs. I've used Depositphotos for years. Now they have an AI image creator that is among the best I've ever used.
