I would rate this a zero if possible - the system is a complete failure. The property was left in the worst condition I have encountered in over 30 years in the industry. The support team clearly favors tenants and overlooks how they can damage a property while potentially reclaiming their deposit. Very unimpressed and will reconsider using this service moving forward!
