Extremely dissatisfied with the system

I would rate this a zero if possible - the system is a complete failure. The property was left in the worst condition I have encountered in over 30 years in the industry. The support team clearly favors tenants and overlooks how they can damage a property while potentially reclaiming their deposit. Very unimpressed and will reconsider using this service moving forward!

Excellent service…

I often have a problem signing into my account for some unknown reason but the lady on the phone helped me through resetting my password and then going through the process for "Claiming on the deposit" as a Landlord . On top of that she explained the process after the tenant had received details of it and approximate timings involved thereafter. She was extremely helpful, courteous and encouraging throughout.
