Took forever to receive pillow and case. Once received, opened up package and used it that night with case on pillow. The morning after my neck and shoulder was hurting. I inquired for return (it's from Lithuania) and instructions said to return in same package as received. There was no way to do that as it came compressed . How are you supposed to decide if you like it if you can't open it to try. They said no refund if instructions aren't followed. Limited info on returns. Do not deal with this company .
